Jenine is manager here at The Blue Anchor/Spingo Ales. She works hard to ensure the pub is fully stocked with ales and music, managing staff, organising fundraisers and private events, and keeps operations running smoothly.

Our marketing manager Jenni is in charge of our social media, email campaigns, and website! She's often seen in and around the pub taking photos and videos, to highlight our wonderful ales and showcase them online.

Perhaps our most important member of staff, Bernie! You may hear him scampering through the pub (dragging Jenine along with him!), to the upstairs office in search of treats. He takes his role as security dog very seriously, and by that we mean he loves a cuddle and having a snooze on the job!

Ben, son of the original pub managers Kim & Simon Stone, is our head brewer here at Spingo Ales/The Blue Anchor, is most often found in the small brewery to the rear of the pub, You can find out what Ben has been brewing each month by signing up to our newsletter.

Will is one of our members of bar staff. In his spare time he plays football for Lizard Argyle, and surfs.

​

He's very reliable and always down for a laugh, and can often be found on the pole in Beehive after hours!

Becky has worked for the pub for a number of years, and is always willing to step up and help within the pub where she can.

​

She's a family oriented woman, and that familial instinct extends to us in the pub - our locals love her!
